Target Audience
Any faculty or staff member involved or interested in academic pharmacy. This certificate provides foundational leadership knowledge, skills, and attitudes for anybody that wants to enhance their leadership. It is widely applicable to many roles including junior or mid-career faculty or staff that lead everyday but do not have a formal leadership position. Additionally, faculty or staff that are newly appointed to a leadership role or have no experience in any formal leadership development would benefit from completing this certificate.
Once a mentee completes their registration (available in Module 2) and provides their mentor's contact information, the mentor is linked to the mentee and receives a confirmation email. Both sides can access the Mentorship tab in their account. From there, they can track activity progress, share feedback, and communicate directly throughout the mentorship period.
Mentee Activity Progression:
Access Profile: Click on your profile icon in the top-left corner of your screen to open your profile information.
Navigate to Mentorship: Select the "Mentorship" tab to find the "Mentee(s) activity" section.
Select Mentee and Program: Use the dropdown menus to choose your mentee and select the "Clear Leadership Program."
View Overall Activity: An overview of your mentee's activity will be displayed, which can be expanded by clicking the designated icon .
Review Quiz Answers: For quiz modules, the hyperlink icon indicates the number of attempts and answers of your mentee. Click this to download their responses.
Download Documents: If your mentee has uploaded documents, you’ll see a file icon next to them . Click the icon to download the files.
Mentorship messages:
Access Mentorship Tab: Navigate to your Profile and select the Mentorship tab.
Messaging: Communicate with your mentee or mentor by selecting their name and typing in the Thread text box located in the Mentorship message section.
Document Sharing: You can attach files up to 10MB in size to your messages. Supported files include jpg, gif, png, doc, docx, pdf formats.
Earn up to 15.00 contact hours following the successful completion of the CLEAR© Leadership Program
